How can you move on?Our mindset is often a result of a mathematic equation of everything that happened in our past, and this often makes it extra hard to implement the change needed to create the life that we wish for. But how do you change something that has already happened, and how do you create something that is new to you? You can't change the past, and creating a path there was no path before always creates a bumpy ride. Therefor, a concrete method can guide you through this process.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a method focuses on helping you learn what acceptance is and how you can lower the impact of limiting beliefs. The ACT methodology believes that the goals can be achieved through analyzing the links that are created in our brain over the years, and either accept their existence or reduce the influence they have on our actions. According to the ACT method, we shouldn't change our thoughts, but learn to live with them. The FIT-60 Test The Flexibility Index Test (FIT-60) is the flagship assessment of the ACT method. It assesses you on a score for all the 6 pillars of mental flexibility according to ACT: Acceptance, Committed action, Defusion, Here and now, Values, and the Self as context. You can do this test for free through the button below (currently only available in Dutch). *This does not include 1-on-1 reflection of the report |
