My name is Rowen, but you probably already knew that. I'm a versatile professional who has gained fame in the world of online media and coaching. As an iGROW coach and certified in ACT since 2023, I combine my passion for human behavior with my creative skills in video editing, animation and media design.

As a co-owner of the MentesMe, I have helped create a platform to empower people worldwide through insightful assessment mentoring training. Additionally, I also have over 11 thousand followers on TikTok as mental health influencer and in 2022 you could have seen me as a speaker at events like TwitchCon Amsterdam where I highlighted the impact of mental health on online media creation.

I'm known for my empathetic power and strong teamwork, as evidenced by countless glowing reviews from ex-colleagues and clients.
